Diablo 3 Paragon Power Leveling for 1.0.5

What’s up Nephalem! A few days ago, we posted an article dedicated to Alkaizer’s power leveling strategy. In case you don’t know who Alkaizer is – he is the world’s first 100-level paragon, so chances are he knows a thing or two about power leveling in Diablo 3.

Basically we talked about the items, the route, we gave you some tips and pointes; it turned out as a great article that many of you liked. So today we are not going to post another long article, but only a slight update, which should tune up the strategy for the patch 1.0.5.

The monster power

First of all, I bet many of you are wondering which monster power is the most time-efficient for paragon leveling. The answer is simple – Monster Power One is the most time-efficient difficulty for this. Why?

Well, the bonus experience you get from increasing the MP is not really that big to justify the extra time you will need to complete a single run. Let’s put it this way, we will assume you can farm MP 4 perfectly. This means that you get 45% bonus EXP gain just from the MP; note that you also get 10% EXP gain in MP 1. So, in order to gain the same amount of EXP per hour, you need to run MP 4 no more than 30% slower, compared to the same run on MP 1.

Well, even the best geared characters in the game farm MP 1 at least 50% faster compared to the same run on MP 4. Remember, we are talking about experience-per-hour.

The Hellfire ring

This is like a gold rush, everyone is farming infernal machines, crafting rings, looking for other players to form a party, etc. We don’t think that the Hellfire ring will ever be the BiS (Best In Slot) ring, because you will need to craft an unlimited number of rings in order to get the perfect stats from those 4 random affixes.

However, this ring gives you 35% bonus and 160+ main stats, which makes it an awesome power leveling ring and you should definitely use it. We recommend crafting only one ring, because every consecutive craft is just a waste of time.

That’s all for now, mates. If you like our work here, feel free to contact us with your questions, suggestions or complaints. Stay tuned for the next article! In the meantime we will be bringing comprehensive reviews and rankings of the best Diablo 3 Guides shortly.
